I hate grants. Well, I hate what web3 has done to grants. I think we've allowed grants to get abused thus causing a lot of issues later on. I think grants should be for teams that are already aligned with an ecosystem and that grant should ENABLE the team to continue doing whatever is beneficial for grantees and grantors. Grants should only be a tool to help justify whatever resources are being used to reach a goal, they should not be the financial reason some project or initiative makes sense. Along these lines, grants are great when they go to good hands, and especially when metrics and objectives are being set and followed. Let's do better grants programs!

I am in love with decentralization and have always been since day 1. Still, I think when building products, deciding how decentralized you want your project to be you need to think about it thoroughly. I believe that if you're building a web3 product, depending on the product ofc, you should first test the product market fit and once validated you should try and decentralize as much as possible. I hope and wish for a future where all the internet is decentralized.
